RenterFriend ("we", "us", "our") operates the website renterfriend.com.au (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Overseas disclosure

Many of our products are shipped directly from suppliers located overseas (including China). To fulfil your order, we disclose your name, delivery address and contact details to these overseas fulfilment partners. While we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely, overseas recipients may not always be subject to privacy laws equivalent to those in Australia, and by placing an order for a product fulfilled from overseas you consent to this disclosure.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
